The apartment (4D) was not very shabby, a slight ant infestation is not actually annoying. Usually there is Internet; when it disappears, just give a call to owners and ask them to restart the router. Then their system administrator Lucas will come within a reasonable amount of time and restart it. He is not only an IT professional, but is a truly religious person by the way. He even starts making the sign of cross when hears words like “I cannot establish a VPN connection” and “open that port please”.
The owners are not too cooperative once they receive the money; probably it was not a good idea to pay in advance. The towels are really ancient.

Laprida is in a great location, and for central Recoletta is really good value. The staff are there to welcome you, and the lady we had was wonderfully warm and welcoming, and to be honest, her attitude made up for the slight foibles we have noted. With our young family, we would stay again.
Some things we were a bit frustrated by, such as lack of wine glasses, and the place has obviously had a bit of wear and tear, but overall the place was very nice. The sofa beds for extra guests are pretty rubbish, so if more than 2 people are staying in an apartment, be prepared for this.

It was big 2-level apartment with kitchen + poll on the roof in the centre of Recoleta, near to Cemetary, Aguero Subte, Alto Palermo Mall. The owner met us in the time we arranged and gave some recommendation on where to eat. We are very glad to have chosen this hotel.
You should arrange the time you arrive because there aren't any reception.

Laprida Suites are located in Recolleta which is outside of the main city centre of ba but its a lovely walk into the centre and its close to the subte (underground). We really enjoyed our stay here as theres a really well equiped kitchen and nice sized balcony so we could relax after a days sightseeing! I would suggest booking an apartment to the rear of the block as its was quieter.
